Bonds and notes across issuers, currencies, maturities and credit profiles. Listed shares across regions and sectors. Availability depends on the market and on your classification.
Foreign exchange is executed only on your specific instruction, on a matched-principal basis, and only in connection with settlement or the servicing of your account — for example, converting incoming dollars into sterling to fund a purchase or a withdrawal. It is not offered as a standalone service.

Keystone is the custodian of record under its DFSA custody permission. Your securities are held through a London sub-custodian regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, in a single account designated for Keystone’s clients and held on a pooled basis. International securities are held within that chain through Clearstream in Luxembourg. Keystone maintains per-client entitlement records at all times. Cash is held in segregated client accounts at correspondent banks in the United Arab Emirates, only in connection with settlement and the servicing of your account.

The DIFC is a common-law jurisdiction with its own courts, independent of the wider UAE civil law system.
The DFSA supervises the DIFC on a regime built to international standards, with rules modelled on those of the United Kingdom. Our authorisation can be verified on the DFSA Public Register, reference F012295.
Keystone is wholly owned by Mete Ozmerter, who is also its Senior Executive Officer. There are no outside shareholders, no parent with a product range to distribute, and no third party with an interest in what a client buys or sells.
He has spent three decades in banking and capital markets, including board-level roles. Ownership and management sit with the same person, and both are on the public record with the DFSA.
The firm is small by intention. It holds no proprietary positions, runs no product shelf, and takes on client relationships one at a time, at institutional standards of record-keeping, reconciliation and reporting.

BBA and MBA from George Washington University, Washington DC, 1991. Began his career at Evans Economics, then Citibank N.A. in Washington DC. Since then in banking, as general manager and subsequently chairman. Approved by the DFSA as Senior Executive Officer.
Non-Executive Chairman
Chartered accountant, FCCA. Over a decade in financial control, regulatory reporting and tax compliance in banking, including asset and liability committee work and responsibility for central bank and external audit.
Executive Director
Two decades in treasury, asset and liability management and macroeconomic analysis, following a decade in private banking at HSBC in Istanbul. Holder of Capital Market Activities Level 3 and Derivative Instruments licences.

What you receive: a monthly custody statement showing holdings, valuations, movements, income and charges; a written contract note within one Business Day of each transaction; and a quarterly fee statement.
